Booked into Eye Room for the first time this week. My eye exam was twice as thorough and twice as friendly as the chain alternatives & the shopping experience was fantastic. After choosing a new pair of frames, with great assistance, my new glasses arrived even quicker than expected. My experience with Eye Room is the first time I've enjoyed the often stressful activity of eye exams / frame shopping from beginning to end & Leeds is very lucky to have such a high quality, independent opticians as an alternative to the big names.

I popped into the Eye Room for an eye test and was blown away by the service. The optician took the time to explain details of my needs and I learnt things about my lens that I didnt know, even after 34 years of wearing glasses.

After several years of okay service and okay glasses from one of the well-known high street brands, I wanted more bespoke service and some stylish glasses that would be a pleasure to wear, rather than a duty. The Eye Room totally delivered. Tomas took a lot of care to ask me what I needed to use my glasses for and tailor his recommendations. Sarah was incredibly patient and subtle with steering me away from the frames that didn't suit me. Delighted with my new glasses and have already had compliments on them. Highly recommended and worth the money.

Even though I didn't buy my glasses from here, I was warmly welcomed and graciously assisted with adjusting the fit of my glasses frames. This small but generous favour has made a big difference for me! It's a very cozy space, I'll gladly be back next time I'm looking at new glasses frames.
