Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Crossgates

Have been a customer of Specsavers for over 25 yrs and the service has been excellent in all that time but had a problem recently with my Contact lenses pack which I receive every three months because when it arrived the box had no contact lenses in and there was a bottle of solution missing. I contacted Specsavers by phone and explained the situation and I was told to take a picture of the damaged box and send it so I did but no one got back to me and I also had a eye appointment about a week later and explained in person about the problem and was hoping I could have had some replacement lenses but yet again still wasn't given any replacements or had any sent to me but yet I've still paid my monthly fee but haven't got any replacement lenses or the solution that was missing. I've had to take extra care of my current lenses because they are going to have to last twice as long until I get my next pack.

I had a very comprehensive eye test here the staff were all very helpful and patient as I always have problems blinking too much when being tested!!! They retested a number of times till they got a good set of results. The experienced member of made choosing the new frames I needed was made very simple and not stressful at all even though it took time I was not rushed. I would highly recommend using this Specsavers as customer service and expertise was key to the high quality service provided.
