Tried ringing 5 times at around midday 5/1/23 no answer . Just kept ringing and ringing . Had to go to another branch who answered the phone !

The gentleman at the front desk today 07/11/22 was so helpful and considerate. A brilliant experience I will definitely be back.

Edit Nov 2022: Have returned to ATS again for a full set of Michelin PS5s fitting. Aware of issues last time, I hoped that the process had been improved. Unfortunately not. 3 of 4 tyres were there, one tyre had not been delivered. Again, tyre was fitted as soon as I came back, however it shows that things have not improved since the last visit in 2020. It's a huge inconvenience having to take an hour out of work to come back and have the tyre fitted. Customer service seems to have dropped too. While waiting, another customer came into reception and nobody came over to assist them. Recently had my car in at ATS Cross Green for 2 Michelin PS4 tyres fitting. I turned up at the appointment time and it turns out the tyres had not been delivered due to no fault of their own. I went away and they called in the afternoon to tell me the tyre truck had just arrived and to come back. They were very apologetic and had the tyres done quickly. Customer service was great and I would definitely use again. Although in the future I do think they should ensure the tyres are in stock before a customer arrives for them fitting to avoid a wasted journey.
