        I had my offshore medical here, and I was given a brilliant and very friendly service. Joanne was very professional and thorough and made me feel at ease throughout. A week later, I had turned up on a course without the required medical certificates, but Joanne provided me with them via email very hastily after a quick phone call which meant I could complete the course.
