Im the Home Manager at Brandon house and Im very proud of it. The staff are wonderful and Im can not have a better team. The company is very supportive and I can not ask for more.

Went to visit my sister yesterday (31/7/21) and upset me to see her duvet had a big stain on it and the bib she had used for her meal was strewn on the bed .My sister has lost a lot of weight and only had one pillow and was leaning across the side of her bed .Didn't see any staff whilst I was there , only the guy who let me in .Searched for the magazines I took for her a week ago and found one on the floor which smelled of urine ,and the cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Sorry but I couldn't recommend Brandon House for these reasons.

It comes to something when the staff members ie Emma J are the only ones leaving positive reviews. It shouldnt be allowed ! Even the care home manager has left a review then thanked herself ! Avoid this place at all costs my relative was just left to vegetate absolutely shocking care .
