A few months ago dad was placed in a new home after the awful experience he went through at nesfield. It appeared staff had lack of care and empathy. I'm still finding it hard to forget what dad went through. Dad is now in a new home surrounded with beautiful and caring staff who treats him dad with dignity. Dad is very happy, what more could I ask for Six months later still waiting on the singing bird to be posted to me. It appears to have disappeared. It was sentimental to dad Unfortunately I didn't have the option to give no stars...

My mum has been in Nesfield Lodge for almost two years and I am so glad I chose this care home for her. The staff at Nesfield are without exception the kindest group of people I have had the pleasure to know. They treat the residents as family and work tirelessly to maintain the residents dignity and happiness. Mum went in plagued with the terrors and anxiety caused by her dementia and now she is happy, far less anxious and has gained a healthy two stones in weight. I would not hesitate to recommend Nesfield Lodge.
