        I was recently in the UK visiting my Mum who is in your care . She has been very ill mentally and physically. The care i saw was fabulous , checking on her multiple times an hour and very responsive with sny concerns we may have . Thank you

        As part of my job I might take patients there for more rehabilitation, But besides that my mum went after she fell, there were good and looked after her well

        I phoned the centre today (11.10.19) for some information on my elderly relative and was spoken to very rudely by a member of staff. I hope that's not the way they speak to the residents there!
