        neglectful and honestly dont care about the residents. do not waste your money on this place if you want your loved ones to be happy and clean.

        The worst care home ever. Most of the staff are lovely but the new management are so uncaring its unreal . They kicked my dad out by sending him to the hospital first to then say to hospital he wasnt allowed back, so in effect made him homeless. During his stay there he was grubby and unkempt. They never do anything with the residents and just leave them all day walking up and down. People with dementia should be well cared for but they do not care. The staff are treat shocking by management. All I can say is avoid at all costs. They are quick enough to take your money but do not care for the residents as they should.
