Staff were cruel. Think twice before going to this care home. She was left in her room alone all the time. Badly organized, unprofessional and dirty. This place should be shut down.

Our mam was in there, and even though she said the food wasnt that good, the staff (that I suspect were all on minimum wage), were extremely kind and caring. The management, on the other hand, have made the place really expensive to be in, but such is life and the free market. In the past we had council care homes that cost much less, so people nowadays spend years paying off a mortgage for the cost of their home to be paid to a care home.

I was very pleased with the care my father received at Sunnyside whilst recovering from a hip operation. The staff were all very friendly, caring and professional with both my father and myself. These people work very hard to try and accommodate patients with a variety of issues. I cannot fault them. Thank you to all.
