The Lady who works there looks lifeless. Worst customer service I have had in years. As a customer I expect customer service to be at least reasonable, but instead I am greeted with cold looks and workers with absolutely 0 enthusiasm or respect.

Rude Lady at counter, zero customer service skills, answering with attitude, always asking what is inside my parcels as I have to declare everything. Please avoid this store as cleary she doesn't value customers!!!

Rudest shop keeper I've ever met , shouting at kids while they're trying to choose what sweets they want , getting accused of stealing before they've even walked into the place. Smells foysty too and they sell multi pack crisps as singles the rotters. I hope they get looted if theres another lockdown.
