Hollywood Nail Studio

I have been here 3 times now. The first time I went was with my daughters, we both got our nails done before we went away at the beginning of August and we were both very happy with our nails. The ladies were very friendly and were talking to us and my 2 year old daughter. They even did my 2 year olds nails for me as they needed cutting and my daughter hates having them done. They were so good with her and were really gentle and she just sat there quietly and let them cut her nails. I went yesterday the 31st of August to have my nails done for a party at the weekend and again they did a great job and were very friendly. I accidentally damaged 2 of my nails and went back today and they re-did them for me. The lady was very nice and wanted to make sure they were perfect. They weren't quite right after she had done them so she took it off and did them again. They're perfect and I'm very happy with them. My daughter got her's done too and she is very pleased with them. I asked the lady if she could cut my little girls nails again for me and she did. She was very gentle and again my daughter sat there happily letting her cut her nails. I will be going there from now on whenever I want my nails doing as they are great value for money. Service: Manicure

Man was laughing and touching my friends hand with his unclean hand and staring at her the whole time which was very disturbing two off the women were okay where as they other was rough with your hands and did a poor job. I got acrylic with shellac the acrylic was okay but when using the machine they cut the sides off my fingers and was really rough with it they hurt me a couple off times. Then the shellac was terrible as they did not take care and they made cracks and left the edges unclean and wonky. The acrylic it self was wonky on top and had lumps and dents in. The woman did not care about my nails at all. When using the machine too dry the shellac the women was really rough with me as the machine wasnt working very well she kept grabbing my hand agressivly and shoving it back and forth. After this my hands have become very sore and the cuts extremely hurt, i will not be returning

The man in the salon made my friends nails look awful and he laughed at her, they were rude and unprofessional
