        I asked the lady to clean my eyebrows and to made sure that I want them cleaned and not thinned . The result was disappointing, half of my eyebrow was removed, it was arched strangely and both were uneven. I told her, this isn't what I asked for. Instead of finding a compensation, she responded by saying: 'Well, this is a misunderstanding, I cannot stick your eyebrows again.'
