I had my eyebrows waxed here this weekend - NEVER AGAIN!! It was traumatic from the moment I walked in the door. I was sat in the middle of the room, with someone clearly untrained to do my eyebrows, not to mention the rusty tools that touched my face. Im confused as to why there was wax going in my hair and not just on my eyebrows as I was paying for. The wax stick was dropped entirely in the wax , submerged, and he couldnt find another one, so proceeded to try and clean it with some other wax strips. Then put his sticky fingers on my face whilst doing my eyebrows. Safe to say , I will never be coming back. Service: Waxing

Extremely rude and physically abusive staff. Not to me, however another lady was ill in the store whilst getting her nails done. She mentioned she never leaves the house due to her illness but the nail tech was aggressive, shouted at her and even hit her hand which was shocking. I decided to leave and other customers were also visibly upset by what they saw. Clearly this shop doesnt know how to deal with vulnerable customers or know anything about customer service. Services: Nail painting, Pedicure, Polish removal, Nail designs, Nail extensions, Acrylic nails, Manicure, Stiletto nails, Nail cut & filing, French manicures, Gel manicures

I hate it I got my nails done 4 days ago and I paid 28, on the same day when I got home the nail polish was already coming off my nails, as I work I couldn't go there the next day so I only went there 4 days later , but I took pictures to prove it. when I arrived at the salon I went to one of the employees and explained what had happened and showed my nails, she told me that she would only fix my nails if I paid 15 and I refused because it was their fault because they used an inappropriate nail polish, I asked to talk to their boss they refused they were super rude to me and one of the employees was aggressive with me, after that I was totally ignored! They are very rude and disrespectful because they speak their language in front of customers! I do not recommend this salon, I will never use this salon again. When they were filing my feet they took so much skin off that it it started to hurt and when I said regular nail polish they refused to listen and wanted to give me gel lack. I had to literally convince them to not do gel lack and they continously said that it can't be done what I wanted to have done, even though I have had it done hundreds of times before in my life. (what I wanted was regular lack with small diamons by the nail root) Now a couple of hours later my feet are in pain because they sliced too much skin off. It's a burning pain and there are deep, long cuts on my heels. I'm scared now that I might end up with an infection. If I do I will put in another review. Services: Pedicure, Spa services
