Bought groupon voucher with booked appointment 8weeks in advance due to going on holiday. Got a text message off salon 1 week prior to appointment to cancel due to apparently not working that day! Saturday then went back on groupon and still have the same cancelled day with slots showing availability. Think reading reviews this is very common for and looks like happened many times before. Luckily got refund from groupon would never use this salon again.. shocking service and let down completely unreliable and crock story for cancellation. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a Groupon voucher and booked an appointment. Vicky cancelled it and let me know she can no longer honour the appointment. I tried to book another date using their business calendar but nothing was available. After about a week she finally replies to tell me that she can't see me at all except for Thursdays and Saturdays but she can't do Saturdays until April. But my voucher expires 7th April. Although she did say she could see me even after the voucher expires, I am not sure how that is possible since I redeem a code with an expiry date. Overall, will not book again. Should have read the other reviews before bothering to book. Cannot comment on the service since that is non-existant. Services: Manicure, Pedicure
