I was a regular customer but last time I went, the girl removed my shellac on natural nails all with the drill, didnt use any acetone, only the drill which obviously ruined my nails, they are thin like paper now (even with new shellac on) that bend when touching anything and several are broken now just one week after. I paid 26 just to ruin my nails. I had shellac with them for months and it was okay but this time it was unprofesional.

Went in for a full set of acrylics with shellac. They were wonky and bent, shellac wasnt applied properly very patchy. I requested them to be soaked off while all staff were talking and staring at me clearly talking about me. I left the shop with a refund acrylic still on my fingers. They also was very ruff and burnt me. Been coming here for years they had always been good now there are terrible. Stuck with set acrylic powder and cut nails. Service: Acrylic nails
