I was referred to Elliott at Heritage Mortgages - Leeds who had previously helped other family members with obtaining their mortgages. As first time buyers with little knowledge of what was required and lots of questions, Elliott was great - he guided us through every step of the process, enabled us to assess our options being fully informed and really took the time to help. As someone who works in sales with varying pay cheques, we were concerned about what this could mean for getting a mortgage. Elliott provided us with very well-informed advice and his experience really put us at ease during what can be a stressful time! Elliott represents Heritage extremely well and it is evident just how much they care about their customers and really go the extra mile! We cant recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be using again!

We appointed Heritage Mortgages to help us find a mortgage for our first house. The process was very easy and all communication done over phone / email meaning that we did not have to spend hours down the bank like some of my friends / colleagues in a similar position. Earlier this year my wife and I decided to look in to moving to a bigger house. What started out as a little bit of a flash in the pan dream soon became a reality and without the help of Elliott none of it would have been possible. Not only did he manage to sort out our mortgage in record time given the new criteria set out by the government and banks regarding lending but he also advised us on every aspect of selling and purchasing property from start to finish. He called me after viewings to see how they had gone and advised on getting the best from my solicitor and estate agents. He was always available if I had a question no matter what time of day and his knowledge of his industry meant he could sort out a fairly tricky set up regarding my wife's property portfolio and my joint ownership with my father getting us a fantastic deal and helping us move in to what will probably be the last house I buy.
