Noticed a PS1 game had the wrong discs in the case (it was missing the front cover, so I could see the discs inside). There was two discs in the case, so I opened it to see if the correct disc was underneath the wrong one. The woman in there instantly started having a go at me for opening the case. Told her I was only opening it because it had the wrong game in it. She replied with "I know, but don't open the case". If you know the games in the case are wrong, why haven't you sorted it? Not impressed with the woman's attitude towards me at all. Won't be going back. I'll stick with Trade Me In where I know the staff are nice.

Fantastic shop. Massive range of retro games on offer, great staff too. Also really good for buying gold and silver, probably my favourite shop in Leeds!

Terrible service treating the customer like an intruder. I do not recommend visiting this store.

Failed to issue a refund for an 700 omega seamaster watch I purchased..kept stopping throughout the day of purchase and overnight... returned it the next morning and was accused of tampering with the watch and refused to issue a full refund even with the receipt.. Matter now with trading standards and my solicitor.. This matter could have been resolved with the issue of a full refund as instructed by the laws protecting the consumer from purchasing goods that are not fit for purpose.. Expect a letter very soon !!!!!!
