Caring, experienced and safety conscious staff, at the leeds shop. Let down badly by the warehouse/delivery side due too lack of communication, still no expected delivery/despatch date, even after nearly a week. Requires attention!! By management. A simple email is all that's required giving an update.

5star service from Farris, he listened to what I required then gave a demonstration and allowed us to put the walker up then take it down. Excellent Customer service.
