Came here because of a battery issue with my phone, it wasn't holding charge. I came back to my phone charged to 50% and got charged 20 for this "repair". When I asked what they'd actually done, they were evasive and wouldn't say. After taking the phone home, the battery issue is not resolved. 2 stars for poor value and dishonesty, and not actually resolving the problem. Leeds Computers & Mobiles is close by and provided a much better service.

Dropped phone whilst unloading, screen cracked, stressful situation as 200 miles away from home, useless with maps, and all data regarding job was still on the phone, having rang 20 repair shops who either didn't have parts or couldn't repair without deleting data, called this shop, 8 minutes from my location, lovely chap, fair and honest, diagnosed over the phone, went to the warehouse to get the parts (without taking payment or not knowing if I would show up), having dropped the phone off, I rested outside, under 2 hours my phone was good as new, with all data as it was. I couldn't thank him enough and will be definitely returning with my other damaged phones. Highly recommend, no messing around this shop, 20+ years in the business and the results speak for itself.
