Had a few issues with some earphones I had bought from then but got replacements quickly after.

my screen display had stoped working so I had gone there to get it fixed, got it done for pretty good price and everything seemed fine unitll I got home and the WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS stoped working along with also the top speaker not working. I went back they said they would call me back when a Samsung technician is there but they never did. its been almost a week not since I got it fixed.

The staff are extremely rude with the customers I bought 2 phones from them and both of them came with their issues such at screens popping off and speakers on the iPhones not working either and they will say theres a warranty but refused to issue one when the problems were trying to be fixed they refused to help and threatened us to leave the shop and never come back. Just because we bought two phones both with issues they have caused by putting their own parts in. I will never go back there again. Yes the phones are cheap, theyre cheap because they have so many issue you later find when using the phone.
