We viewed @ Kelham Island - CITU -Kelham central -with Sarah Roberts on Saturday. We loved it - and particularly thought that Sarah was an amazingly personable, knowledgeable and credible person to deal with when looking at the penthouse and town houses. Sarah answered every question and was most impressive. Thanks for showing us around Sarah, it was a pleasure. For us, on balance, a step too far atm to downsize into the penthouse, though we really liked it. It was a really positive viewing experience, and really made us consider this seriously for the future- lovely location and Im sure we will look again down the track. I can only speak to the viewing experience as we did not make a purchase, but the sales team were very friendly and accommodating. Sarah was quick to answer all of our questions, and offered good recommendations for mortgage advisors and conveyancers. Thanks Sarah!

Sarah did a very professional job of explaining what Citu is doing, and showed us around two houses in Kelham Central. That we won't be going ahead with a purchase is no refection on her ability or charming personality.

Danielle was very good at explaining the concept, she showed us the show apartments. We were very pleased and felt valued during our visit.
