        I would just like to say LIP are renting offices at unity but are not run by unity. Its the org to be with if you want to know about health and wellbeing in leeds

        Attended a meeting in Chapeltown, Leeds. The meeting was held at Roscoe Church, which bought back memories as I once worked there. I felt so welcome as everyone went out of their way to introduce themselves and speak to me. People of different ages, abilities & races attended the meeting which I loved. We were given beverages then lunch which was gorgeous and offered food to take home...yum yum! I was so impressed with the areas of help to communities & interaction with bodies such as Leeds City Council, that I signed up to attend most areas covered via meetings, etc. I wasn't coerced, interrogated or persuaded to join anything & felt the need for my help was genuinely needed. Also liked the fact that LIP is run by my old Housing provider, Unity Housing. First meeting is 28/02/22 & I'm looking forward to seeing LIP members & staff again.
