Recently purchased my girlfriends engagement ring from Browns. Debbie was fantastic each time I visited and helped me pick the perfect ring. We will be returning for our wedding rings. Would highly recommend to anyone :)

Me and my daughter had our ears pierced today in store. It was such a lovely experience. Debbie the manager was very kind and friendly and so were the other staffs there. The piercing was done quickly and professionally and my daughter was very happy for her first time experience!

Very abrupt staff no manners not helpful rude - wont be going in again to shop unhelpful kept waiting to be served staff just talking to each other laughing before they came to me - no customer service very expensive - do not shop here awful place
