I chose Fowler & Powell because Julien Powell is one of the best and most honest estate agents in the business, by far the best estate agent Ive ever dealt with. When other estate agents said the market was tough to sell in, Julien backed himself to get a good offer and I sold for over the asking price. He knows property but more importantly, he knows people and he is a step above the rest. He has a brilliant team behind him as well. Tereza kept both the buyer and me informed and carried out viewings whilst Amelia progressed the sale, giving me regular updates and she is an excellent liaison with the solicitors and the clients, ultimately ensuring the sale went through quickly and efficiently. If youre thinking of selling your property, these are the people to use as its a personable service, they deliver on what they say theyll do and make the process easy! Highly recommended!!! Levi and Julian were great! Really professional, excellent photos of our house and garden, great communication - always available to answer questions and give updates. We feel they went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Julian at Fowler and Powell is great. As Im sure is his business partner. Bought a property through them and have rentals managed by them. Excellent service great management very responsive focussed on who is his client unlike some letting mgt agents. They are actually very true to their stated ethos. Highest recommendation.
