Our Monroe experience was brilliant. Our expectations were quite low based on previous experiences working with estate agents, poor communication and constant chasing for replies and updates. We bought our house in March 2023 through Monroe and the communication and dedication from Leanna and the team was exceptional. Leanna was always there to advise and push and pull information - co-ordinating with the seller and both solicitors. Really efficient and professional, thank you. As and when we buy and sell in the future we will most certainly be going to Monroe.
