I am thrilled with my bathroom, thank you! Chris' approach stood out among his competitors when he came to do a quote this past January. He listened carefully and gave good advice and was happy just to replace the bath, shower and loo, while leaving the tiled floor (because I love it) and the sink (because it's fine as it is). The previous bath was not fitted correctly and was doomed to leak. This past May, Chris' team took out the old tiles, tanked the walls, built a sturdy frame for the bath to rest on and replaced the loo. Jay's suggestion to rotate the loo 90 degrees has improved its capacity to flush at the same time as looking better. It took two weeks in total and the team were a joy to have in the house. My five year old now wants to build bathrooms when he grows up. Seth's precision tiling and attention to detail is excellent. He is clearly an artist - the way he arranged the simple white tiles he was working with looks classy and majestic and every time I enter the bathroom I feel uplifted. And you kept to the budget agreed in the quote. Thank you very much indeed!!!

Excellent customer service, we were given freedom to source the main items including tiles and flooring from a supplier of our choice and Chris arranged delivery. He and his small team of one builder and one electrician completed a bathroom refit in 5 days and left the house very clean and tidy. When installation of a new heater in the place specified turned out to be a big job for the electrician they suggested a sensible alternative solution. The labour charge seemed quite high for the hours involved but we were willing to pay this for a high quality service. Highly recommended - Chris took the time to talk through numerous options and came up with some great solutions and ideas. - he even helped me carry in some tiles that had just been delivered! Such a relief to have a single project manager to take away the headache of organising builders, plumbers etc. - a welcome change from other installers I'd tried to get upfront quotes from!. A detailed price breakdown was sent through the same day and communication was open, friendly and professional. Great service all round

Chris and his team converted an under the stairs pantry into a downstairs toilet for my mother.The outcome was better than we could have hoped for and the whole team were professional, hard working and very friendly. Tidied up at the end of each day as well. To be recommended !!!
