Nice to see we still have agents in the industry who dont just see you as a numbers game & take pride in high level of service. Recently sold a house with Northwood & Karen in particular at the Leeds office/Chapel A, has interacted and ensured a completion has taken place liaising direct with all parties, it was outstanding to see and massively appreciated. Northwood are absolutely fantastic, we sold our home and purchased another home both through them, Richard, Tyler, Nathan and the team are amazing and by far the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. They are all very experienced, super friendly and approachable. They were always readily available to contact and assist with my queries throughout the sale, and buying process. From our initial valuation to receiving the keys to the new home I felt confident in the team, the plan and approach to both buying and selling was clearly explained from the outset. Outstanding letting agents for over 15 years! I have rented my property through Northwood Leeds for 15 years and their service is absolutely superb. They carefully find and secure the most wonderful tenants, work tirelessly to identify and proactively complete property maintenance, and efficiently deliver all financial administrative. Their service is so personal and attentive, they make me feel like I am the only landlord in Leeds! They look after my home as if it were their own, and ensure the tenants have everything they need to make it their home. A huge thank you to Northwoods - youre absolute gems!
