Don't bother, they're a waste of time. Don't care about their patients. Keep sending referrals in from my doctor, and they keep discharging me. So unfair, it needs shutting down. Don't know why? They're there in the first place

Absolutely disgusting service, they could not care less. I just get past from pillar to post, never let me know what is happening with my care and don't inform me when my key workers leave. I have been ringing for 2 weeks daily now and just get told we will email someone to ring you back and it never happens. They are fully aware that I am suicidal and have had many attempts already this year, just to be left with nothing. All I have been offered is the crisis teams number who are absolutely useless and don't ring you back either. Please if you are struggling DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, I am now much worse off thanks to the lack of help from these people.

Referred here numerous times because was suicidal after a serious injury. First time I was waiting months for an appointment. A relative that was pretty much fine, she didn't want to work and would play the "depressed" card. She got seen to straight away. Was told when I was discharged, I can always phone up when feeling really low and may be a hazard to myself and someone will always call be back to check up on me. last 2 times I rang, I never got a call back and I was an absolute mess. I rang back up last time after waiting 4hrs and to be told I'm no longer under their care. That didn't doe any good. Was sat at home having an episode waiting for a phone call that wasn't even going to happen. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service! No organisation skills whatsoever. They do not return calls and don't even inform you if you have a visitation appointment cancelled. You can go from intense support through the crises team one minute, to three weeks of absolutely nothing at all? Where is the logic in that? Right back down to square one again. You can't even get to see Dr. Roy? When an adult with mental health has young children and is in need of support, there should be better support available. Some people suffer from mental health after having children and need all the support they can get, but this unfortunately isn't the case. Safeguarding children is extremely important, they must be kept safe, but safeguarding vulnerable parents is also neccessary. All too often, this gets forgotten and instead, all the focus goes on the children. There are many good parents out there finding it difficult living with mental health issues and being unfairly judged by many. Out of hours crises advise you to make a cup of tea and relax in a warm bath? Not helpful in most cases. Aire Court appears to have numerous negative feedback ratings which speaks for itself. Poor service......needs to be more supportive!
