I saw Ella for a holistic massage. I have been having various muscular niggles, so she took time to discuss them all with me and to take into account my activity levels and lifestyle etc so she could work out what it was best to focus on which I really appreciated. She tailored the massage exactly to my needs, making sure to check in with me to get the right pressure and that I was comfortable. The whole experience was so relaxing and really helped with my exceptionally tight shoulders plus she gave me some really good advice for afterwards. The massage room was a great space and I felt very safe with all the procedures in place for Covid. I have found having massage that was very tailored to me much more beneficial and can't wait to return.

I was very looking forward to the massage as I won a massage giveaway on Instagram, but I couldnt go due to pandemic and lockdown. After the restriction is lifted, I booked an appointment but the owner cancelled it because she said her ankle/leg hurts, I genuinely hope she feels better soon so that I can reschedule my appointment. Then after I sent her another message about it she never got back to me since last June. I didnt want to leave a review or complain about this because I didnt think its worth it, but I feel like I shouldnt be treated like this, whats the point of doing giveaways if you dont want to provide the service to the person who won it?! And this could happen to anyone, its just bad.
