I had never heard of myofascial release until I met Matthew. After suffering chronic back pain for years, the result of a serious accident. I had tried practically every type of treatment to try alleviate the pain. I had booked for a massage, after speaking to Matthew, he suggested I try myofascial, I thank him to this day! Matthew seems to have a deeper understanding of your pain, where it originates, what it needs. He got to the root of the catalyst of my pain and released so many years of chronic pain and tension. It felt spiritual and cathartic. Whenever I feel I am becoming a "coiled spring" I know a visit to Matthew will do the trick. I currently live in Derby but I have booked my next treatment with Matthew for March and I am counting down the days. That man is nothing short of a miracle worker!
