        For the last 3 years I have been dealing with a back injury after a bike accident, thats the reason why I went to Northern Holistic. Before my treatment Gavin gathered as much information as possible to try to understand how he could ease my symptoms. After the Deep Tissue massage I felt really tired, even the morning after but slowly I started seeing the benefits. I felt much better, even my body posture improved and the tension eased off. Looking forward to my follow up appointment. Amazing service, great after treatment advice and highly recommended.

        At Northern Holistic they really helped me improve my health. I try to go there at least twice a month for a massage. They also give me very helpful advice on my lifestyle. I am a freelancer and I used to sit all day long at my desk without a break, which could have caused my back pain. I can highly recommend them. I feel completely relieved and i am more aware of how my body works.
