I've been for many physios and massages over the years but never quite found that one go to person, until now. Vince is exceptional at his craft and his level of knowledge of each muscle, tendon, body part is mind blowing as he knows how to isolate and manipulate muscle with ease and light pressure. I also love the chats as we have insightful convos everytime. Vince is your go-to guy

I went to see Vince due to a knee maltracking issue that I struggled with for over 18 months. Vince is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to highlight other issues contributing to my poor alignment. After the first session it was remarkable how much additional range of motion I gained, and he gave me several mobility exercise to do alongside. Vince always creates a comfortable space and aims to understand the root of the issue. Out of all the physios/therapists I have seen, he has been without a doubt the most helpful. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Amazing! Ive never had the range of motion that I do now, thanks to Vinces help. Very professional, makes you feel at ease from the onset as well as explaining everything hes doing as he goes. He even pointed out a jaw-clenching/teeth grinding issue I wasnt aware I was doing! Will 100% be returning, thanks dude
