Yoga Glow - Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

This is not a 'cosmetic' massage, this is therapy for the body, the mind and the emotions. Muscles are stretched, knots are released and calm is restored. Gone is the massage bed, and if you are like me and a bit on the more rotund size, gone is the embarrassment of my body shape not fitting the massage bed and falling over the edges. Instead you are in a clean, warm room, laying down on a heated futon mat on the floor. Blankets and sheets are laid across you so you remain warm. The massage itself is tailored to your physical and emotional needs and Vikki is informed and knowledgeable about muscles, sinews and skeletal issues so will not exacerbate any existing physical conditions. Bespoke essential oil blends are an option at no extra cost so you can suit the mood you are in that day. This is not your typical bog-standard massage. Instead, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage treats your body and gives space for your mind to relax and be calm in a way I have not experienced anywhere else. I didnt realise a massage experience could be so good, it was simply on another level and by far the best massage Ive ever had Vikki is really friendly too and shes clearly an expert in this type of massage. Couldnt recommend it enough

The Ayurveda yoga massage I had with Vikki was far the best massage I ever had! She was lovely and welcoming, her approach is warm and attentive. The oils used were beautiful, attention to key areas of pain was spot on and generally the whole experience was amazing. I cannot recommend her more. I still feel the benefits from it, a sense of peacefulness and relaxation that I wish I can carry with me always. Thank you very much! xx
