Having initially only intending to go for 1 session through a Groupon deal, I was overjoyed by the whole Reki experience. It's a chance to have time to yourself and leave the world outside. Reki is a journey and I am so pleased I went and signed up for more sessions . Feeling calmer and more grounded in myself and find I'm generally more happy. Well worthwhile and highly recommend

This was my first experience with chakra readings and reiki, Monica is amazing and from the first reading and treatment really helped me to overcome some struggles Ive been having and feel a sense of peace after our sessions. Strongly recommended

I cannot explain how much Monika has done for me over the last few months. After being lost for so long I am me again. So many things in my life have been resolved. I am more confident, have faith in my strengths and recognise my weakness. Which Im working on. Thank you Monika I couldnt have done it without you. See you next week

I have Reiki sessions with Monika to help me to manage anxiety, and to feel more confident. The combination of Monika's cheerful enthusiasm and positivity, and the soothing and relaxing Reiki provide a welcome hour of peace and reflection in a busy working week.
