I keep on trying to contact them to stop sending me mail from various companies that have paid them for my address details. No reply. What a scummy way to do business.

This company is 21 years out of date. They still address mailouts to 'north humberside' which was abolished in 1996! Any company which specialises in generating address databse information for mass marketing should be thououghly embarrassed to be seen so out of touch and out of date. Even after their error was pointed out to them they still can't get it right and continue to send out junk mail despite being told to stop. Incompetents!

Victoria Smith in Customer Services really could not have been more helpful in assisting in clearing my mother from databases. I have thanked her, therefore leaving positive review on Google. Sadly this depth of customer service is rarely experienced these days and wonderful when it is. Thank you.
