I have worked for AJG Direct for a couple of years and have loved every minute! The amount that I have learned and developed, not only professionally but personally too, is unparalleled to anything I've known. The team of people make it a genuine pleasure to come into work with their positive outlook and supportive attitude towards all those around them. I believe the management team have combined a passion for what they do and a genuine care for people that is reflected in everything they do. Working at AJG Direct is not just about achieving your own goals but helping others reach theirs too. AJG Direct has grown considerably since I have started working for them and that has meant my position has too. With internal and external training, I have been able to develop and take on further responsibility and this has been well recognised not just financially but through genuine appreciation! After working for previous companies and not feeling that my hard work was acknowledged, it is so nice to feel like I'm not just working "for" someone, I'm working "with" them. The values and ethos of the company is filtered from the managing director, Paul Gillett, to the management team and all throughout the company. The best thing about working for AJG, is it's now not just a place I go to work, it's where I work alongside some of my best friends to create something special!
