This is a company that deliberately misleads its staff to profit from their work. You are only paid per sign up you get, fair enough, but this is not mentioned in the job advert which leads you to think you will earn a wage. They know they are willingly deceiving people so account for a very high staff turnover in their business model. A business model in which they cannot lose - if they employ you and you don't sign anyone up on the job they don't have to pay you anything. If you do sign people up, they get the majority of the profit. It's a zero risk situation for them, so don't feel privileged if you get through all the bogus weird interview stages. The 'company' is full of want to be Wolf of Wall streets that want to exploit your time. They entice you with promises of becoming a manager in a matter of weeks if you fulfil certain criteria. Anybody with half a brain or older than 7 years old knows that building a career and becoming a manager of something isn't that easy. It's designed to keep you on so they can carry on exploiting your labour. Very very shady and disingenuous company. Please avoid.
