        Totally unprofessional. You would apply to take part and they would then call you, but leave no message if you were unable to answer, so when you rang back, nobody would have a clue who made the call to you. I took part in research for them late last year and it took weeks to be paid by BACS. I was told that I had already been paid by the client, to which I responded and said I hadn't and even offered to send proof, in the form of my bank statement. I was eventually paid, but got unsubscribed from their mailing list.
