I bought a Race Top Tube Bag a couple of months ago and its been amazing, rock solid on the bike. After a 200k Audax ride last Sunday I noticed that the side mesh pocket had a hole where it stitched into the bag. I emailed Restrap with some pictures and very quickly had a reply with a return postage label from Elliot in customer services advising that he would get a replacement out to me. I parcelled up my bag and dropped it off at the post office this morning and on the mat when I got back was the replacement bag. Amazing service from Restrap and Ill be recommending them to everyone I know 5
