Waste of money!! Mattress sagged since day one, complained to the company but they told us it's because it's new and will level out. Nearly 3 years in and it hasn't despite rotating etc. Both my partner and I wake up with stiff backs everyday, sometimes we experience pins and needles in our arms as it cuts our circulation. we paid over 2000 and expected good quality but were left massively disappointed. I see reading other reviews that many have experienced the same customer service excuses and physical discomfort cause by the sagging. Stay away!
