Do not consider staying here as a tenant, the building is poorly managed & we've just found out that two entire floors beneath us (block F) are being used for holiday lets / airbnb which was not communicated to us when we moved in. After a month of being in the property we still not have a mirror / storage unit in the bathroom as promised. The quality of the finishes within the apartment leave much to be desired: paint rubs off very easily and was clearly done in a rush, cheap floors mark easily, windows don't insulate well from cold & noise. Although it is supposed to be tenant friendly, the furniture provided is minimal (no coffee table, TV unit) & management won't allow you to put a TV bracket on the wall unless you are happy to cover the cost of re-painting all the walls. The location is in a very industrial area and there isn't much of a neighbourhood. Despite this & ample free parking options off-street, management have decided to bring in a parking management company who are making money by charging residents to park in their own space & refusing to help. There is regularly rubbish flying around the front of the building as it is difficult to access bin stores. There is only one lift to access all 8 floors and it is the slowest lift I have ever used. Shame really seems like a lot of potential wasted due to focus on profits over everything else.
