        whatsapp image and video for explaining the issue and inform them whatsapp mess by sms. Though unable to come within the same day but it's understandable during term break and we are not extremely urgent. Fixed the problem of our multipoint lock successfully. Got rare and unexpected issue upon fixation of problematic lock and he come again next day with problem solved. Small charge applied but the problem is another issue indeed so the extra charge is yet reasonable. Have not quoted from other so no comments on price

        Contacted Lee at 9.30 about a non urgent lock for my mums house. It was all done and fitted by 11am the same day. Highly recommend Lee for service, cost and knowledge. Hes in my phone book now and would recommend him to all
