Bought an elite controller for 80 quid from there and was assured it would work, got it home back to Manchester and it didn't work. Returned it the next day and asked if i could have the 100 quid one for the same price as that one was faulty. The guy said "ill just refund you because ill get 100 quid for it" even though itd cost me money in train fares to fix the problem. For a tenner more i got the same one from cex a 5 min walk away where it was properly tested and 2yrs warranty. The charge close to cex prices with little to no warranty, lax testing and poor service. Just go to cex as its a false economy buying from them

Great place to buy stuff and the staff in this particular one have always been decent towards me. Still not gonna be selling my stuff to Cashies again though due to severe lowballing. Might work with the junkies, but I learned my lesson after the first time I got ripped off at one.

Always a different experience whenever I visit, a lovely helpful person or someone who seems to be looking down on you from a great height because you need a little help to get by Unfortunately that was my experience today, so I've had to drop you from five stars to one
