Terrible customer service and bad attitude. Didn't even begin to look at our case for several months and a complete lack of accountability. The online portal was a waste of space. Avoid at all costs! 1 star is being generous.

Excellent service. Excellent helpful people. Main solicitor brilliant and consulted other specialists about some difficult aspects of forming a trust as part of my late wife's will. Very considerate.
