I have recently sold my house I used this company for my conveyance There were very good kept me updated all along the way I had a delicate matter to be dealt with and it was handled with sympathy and professionally by Mark Thompson other people I dealt with were also friendly and professional All in all a good firm to deal with I would highly recommend Thank you to all concerned

I used Holden smith to buy my first property. They were great in informing me in every step of the process and replied to any questions I had very quickly. They also were very timely in everything they did I didnt need to chase them up on the process at all. I would highly recommend and will be using them again!

If you find out someone in your chain is using this solicitor firm, pull out immediately! Please avoid - they massively increased the stress throughout the process. Very poor communication and inefficient.
