    Slow process, attention to detail seemed to be missing. If it wasnt for our amazing broker I doubt we would have completed our remortgage on time as it seemed we were constantly chasing. Communication not the best and repeated miscommunication made the process far more complicated than it needed to be.

    The four stars are for Kerri from the Technical Team who processed my HtB loan redemption in three weeks. Super helpful and super informed and very quick responses. Remortgaging is a stressful process and you want to know what is happening at each step of the way. So, I can see why other reviews are negative as the regular remortgage service is a fully automated process and you can feel a bit lost at times. You dont get a specific case handler and the information you do receive when you call is entirely dependent on who answers your call. Having said that, I was never waited more than five minutes to speak to someone and most of the time the person at the end of the line was helpful.

    Shame I can't put zero. As a mortgage broker I can say dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I and my client had, they confirmed multiple times, by phone and email that they have everything that they need to complete the case and told the client to ignore emails regarding outstanding matters. The case didn't complete in time and the client will have to pay additional interest. I will assist my client with a claim to recover that.
