It is difficult to describe how bad dealing with this firm has been without entering into a very unmannerly tone so I will just give facts. Since my wife, 18 month old and I had been crashed into by 40ft truck who failed to stop (not plexus fault, a bad driver) they have attempted to, make us claim off her own policy for the repair, tell us that the repair has to be taken care of by there assigned repair shop only and we had no choice, asked me to pay for the repair to get the work started if the long delay in getting sign off was bothering me (3 months delay i might add) but not confirm they will pay the amount that's required if I do pay, made me pay for loan car during gap that they had nobody to sign off repair costs, eventually agreed loan car terms and then tried to renegotiate months after accepting. Not accepting depreciation value as a standard practice on a high value vehicle then after showing it was asked for supporting professional letters to support same. Sent those and am still 1 month on from sending 2 from different Premium Main Dealers and no response. It has been 7 months since the accident and its still not closed off. I must note, we have made no personal injury claims on which we could have for soft tissue damage that is still not right but did not as we felt it will heal in time for us all.... I hope that anyone considering using this firm sincerely reconsiders as the brand reputational damage that it will do for you or your business will be far more costly then the attempted bullying tactics they will use to save you some money on any claims. The lack of care and attention to a claim is either so high to drag out hourly rate for its clients or they genuinely just don't care and want to drag it out so long that you cant afford to keep going after them so you stop bothering. I have not worked out which one but I wont be stopping.

Rubbish Mears contractors damaged my roof only them been on roof next door with council cos Ive got no proof of them doing it Carnt claim more are less saying I should have cameras on my roof then saying ware & tare roof was only done 2 yrs ago so only other person might have been on roof is Santa clause dont like paying out for the damage and wouldnt come out to look as private house not council
