On 11th June 2021 we contacted Mathew Featherstone a Partner at Wrigleys. Mathew was acting for an Estate owner who had given an option agreement over some land which I exercised and purchased. Part of the land transpired not to be owned by his client. As such I have ended up not owning the driveway past 2 properties. We believe Mr Featherstone should have checked his client owned all the land in the option agreement before drafting it. No compensation or recompense has been offered nor any acknowledgment of the error made. We would not recommend using this solicitor. This review is written 1 year and 4 months after the matter was raised so they have had adequate time to reply. Upon chasing he has requested 850 + Vat to investigate his own mistake.
