I am currently with carpenters and the service is horrendous no one gives you updates calls I have e mailed and called 4 times in last few weeks sent e mails complained and still not getting anywhere

Very poor service. Impossible to contact by phone, and only reply to emails when you contact the complaints department

Shocking don't use!! Don't answer phone nearly a year to process a claim, not interested in your mental state during the whole process

10 month we have now been waiting for them to deal with our claim. Not one letter or phone call from them after been told repeatedly they would contact us with updates. They told us in March that the other party had accepted responsibility and they were negotiating and would be in touch. Another 6 months later and still no offer absolutely useless company. Staff member dealing with it is rather never in the office or on holiday.

Claim is a long process as it is but carpenters are good at what they do.
