I have been a client for few years after been ripped off by few other solicitors but all that worry was gone after my first meeting with Zareen Preston. She fully explained everything we needed in order to relocate my family from the U.S and a step by step guide to achieving a successful application. She always provided us with regular updates and progress of our applications. Few of the things I appreciate most about the company is they always show empathy and their willingness to go the extra mile for their clients every time. At first I was a bit concern because they charge so little considering I spent thousands of pounds on immigration solicitors just to get refused base on technicalities but I guess I was always looking at the wrong places. Immigration Legal Advice Centre have always represented my family with integrity and respect for that I will always remain a loyal client. I have already recommended them to friends and family who can attest to their brilliant service. If you need a decent immigration solicitors, Immigration Legal Advice Centre are the BEST.

I have very nice experience with Madeleine in Immigration Legal Advice Centre leeds. She throughly communicate with my all process of application of mine and kids. Really appreciate as I can't affords high street lawyers fees. Thank you .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. You get what you pay for. I had the displeasure of having to deal with Zareen Preston for my husband appeal and I reached the point I had to change representatives as I could not accept the disrespect anymore. She is extremely rude at a level I have never experienced before. Always used a dismissive tone as she didn't want to do what she was doing and made me feel like she was doing me a favour when I am paying for a service. One day I called twice to speak to the other advisor Madeleine because I did not want to deal with Zareen as I was stressed and already suffer of anxiety. I got a call from Zareen instead and the way she spoke to me was disgusting. I do understand that they deal with many clients and their job can be stressful, but for being a no-profit and having to help people during these hard procedures, Zareen showed no empathy at all. If you are in the position I advise you to save, spend a bit more and go for someone that is competent and understands your struggle. This centre is not worth your money nor mental health.
